Tasting note
Big, structured tannins lie over the ripe fruit. The wine has a dense character, the young tannins dominant. Given a year, the fine fruit will come through to give a sweeter blackberry character. Score - 89. (Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast, Feb. 2012)
