Tasting note

This dry ruby coloured wine features medium spicy, floral and fruity scents and offers a broad texture as well as fleshy tannins.

The spicy, peppery, smoked meat quality of this wines Syrah is blended with the body and structure from the Mourvedre. Very tasty winemaking here.

Deep and intense red colours. Nose of ripe red fruit and mouth with touches of acidulous red fruit (red currant), completed by notes of red spices like paprika and cinnamon. The palate ends on fresh surrounding "garrigue" scents.
