Tasting note
This is a fruity, pineapple and citrus-flavored wine that is tight and with a tangy texture. It is fresh, juicy and attractively crisp. It has weight and richness from the intense fruit that contrasts with the acidity. It is delicious now although it will be much better from late 2016. Score - 90. (Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast, April 2016)
This dry and greenish yellow coloured white showcases a simple nose releasing fruity, mineral and vegetal scents. You will be charmed with this medium-bodied wine revealing a broad texture and a medium finish.
Featured in TASTE Magazine, Winter 2012 issue. This Sauvignon Blanc is a pale straw colour with green highlights. The nose is classic with pronounced herbal notes and fresh citrus. Subtle fruit flavours and crisp acidity are balanced by a nice mineral undertone.
