Tasting note
Full and rich 2009 with aromas of raspberry, black cherry, vanilla bean and plum. Dry, intense and concentrated with focused tannins and fresh acidity bringing the whole package together. Age it 2-4+ years, or now with veal medallions in a red wine reduction sauce. (VINTAGES panel, June 2012)
