Tasting note

This blend of 80% Chenin Blanc and 20% Viognier with its rich aromas of fresh green apple and attractive traces of white flowers and tree blossoms makes for a delightful nose. Made in a soft, round and easy-drinking style. A nicely textured and pleasing wine in all respects. Enjoy with pan-fried soft shell crab or pan-seared scallops. (VINTAGES panel, Aug. 2012)
