Tasting note
Pecorino is a specialty of the Marche region and is noted for the minerality of the wines it produces. This example has a very pretty nose with stone fruit, citrus and white blossoms accompanying the excellent mineral notes. The palate is lovely and flavourful with good fruit presence and good length.
