Pale lemon colour; floral citrus aromas with a hint of tangerine; extra dry, light to medium-bodied and good acidity; flavours of citrus and lemon.

The fresh, balanced taste of Clean Slate is achieved by carefully selecting grapes from vineyards throughout the Mosel. The slopes of the Lower Mosel give the wine its minerality while the Middle Mosel provides a hint of spice to complement the characteristic fresh peach flavors of the Upper Mosel.

Pale yellow colour. Clean nose with pleasant aromas of green apple, pear and spice. Fresh and fruity with balance lively acidity, hints of lime and green apple and peach. Intense characteristic minerality. Flavorful finish. Pairs beautifully with Mexican, Indian and Chinese dishes, Thai cuisine, similarly hot and spicy foods. But also perfect with sushi, fish, poultry and pork or simply on its own.

This Riesling features a vibrant acidity, juicy sweet fruit and a zesty finish with citrus notes. A sweeter treat to accompany dessert or a spicy shellfish dish, this is a refreshing, palate cleansing white wine.
