Bright medium ruby. Aromas of burnished oak, currant, licorice, violet and bitter chocolate. Plush flavors of dark berries and spices spread out to saturate the palate. Offers lovely breadth and sweetness of fruit for a red wine in this price range. Tannins are sweet and seamless. This is already tasty but will keep. Drinking window: 2016-2021. Score - 90.
