Tasting note
Bigger bubbles. Broad nose. Good fresh, dry palate. Not very obviously Catalan. Broad appeal, I'd have thought. Score - 17 (out of 20 (Superior)). (Jancis Robinson, MW, jancisrobinson.com, July 19, 2013)
A delicate pale pink, with a fine mousse forming a persistent crown. Fresh, balanced with a great deal of creaminess. Elegant aromas of red berries and notes of toasted bread from its aging in the lees.
