Tasting note

Bright scarlet pink color. Strawberry-cherry jam on toast aromas follow through on a round, bubbly entry to a fruity medium body with spicy blueberry compote and delicate herb notes. Finishes with a crisp, mineral and citrus marmalade fade. Very nice and a great match for spicy Asian tuna dishes or sushi. Special Designation: Highly Recommended. Score - 89. Delicate mid-tone salmon pink in color. Fine bubbles & delicate mousse. A slight citrus aroma mingles with the fragrance of raspberry, blackberry. On the palate, notes of red fruit predominate. Fresh & well balanced, the bubbles give a creamy sensation, due to ageing on lees.
