Tasting note

Bold and nuanced character. Upper Napa Valley, home to a high concentration of old vine reds - from which we select a "field blend" to be co-fermented and barrel aged as a single lot to create a wine with great depth and integration. Each grape in the blend brings unique characteristics: Petite Sirah-Structure and color, Zinfandel-lively acidity and candy coated red fruit, Petit Verdot-super tannin, black in colour and anise notes, Syrah-bacon flavour, Merlot-rounded mouth feel and Charbono- spiced cider and bright fruit.
