Tasting note
Forceful Cabernet with aromas of raspberry, vanilla, black plum, cassis and spring flowers. Dry with tons of fruit given balance by crisp acidity. The wine exhibits a long, smoky/fruity finish. Great for slow-cooked roast beef with grilled root vegetables. (VINTAGES panel, July 2012)
