Ruby in colour, this red boasts a medium nose exuding woody, empyreumatic, spicy, fruity and vegetal aromas. Discover this full-bodied wine expressing refreshing acidity and offering a broad texture and fleshy tannins. It also unveils a intense mouthfeel that leads into a long finish.

Of an elegant carmine-red color with ruby tine edges. Its bouquets are clear and fruity, such as ripe cherries and cassis. Spicy notes outstand - of red pepper and licorice, with a pleasant background note of holms. To the palate it is pleasant and with good balance; it presents medium acidity, rounded tannins and the load of ripe fruit is reaffirmed in a long ending. It is an ideal wine to accompany seasoned red meats and game preparations such as stewed Angus in a cabernet reduction and vegetables, fillet with mushroom sauce, sirloin steak in pepper with sweet potatoes puree, lamb stew, doves, partridges as well as kidneys cooked in sherry.
