Tasting note

Under the ruby colour, the nose is medium and complex. Enjoy this medium-dry and woody red featuring light acidity. On the palate, it showcases smooth tannins and a broad mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish.

Grown from sustainably farmed vineyards in Lodi. Fermented in new French oak barrels for an additional layer of complexity, while a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon enhances the structure of the final blend. The wine boasts flavours ranging from macerated blackberry and plum jam to sweet dark chocolate set against a velvety mouth feel and a richly satisfying finish. Pair with a roast porchetta sandwich or Texas style chuck chili.
