Tasting note

Pale lemon colour; pronounced aromas of citrus, mineral and toast; medium-bodied with toasty, apple and pear flavours with mineral and lime notes.

Complex apple and pear characteristics accentuate citrus spices with notes of almond and caramel on the nose. Nutty flavours with a refreshingly dry finish.

Domaine Chandon is the California operation of France’s Moët et Chandon. It’s a large producer of good value bubbly that is an excellent alternative to champagne.
