Tasting note

This white has floral, slate, citrus rind, passion fruit and green melon aromas. Ripe passion fruit, grapefruit, mineral and grassy flavours on the palate with some creamy butter on the finish. Try it with goat cheese, white meats, fish, seafood dishes or salads.
