Tasting note

This is a quite powerful, generous example of Santorini's signature white. Very good intensity here with nuanced, complex aromas of chalky/flinty mineral, lemon and fresh herbs/evergreen. It is medium-full bodied, warm but not soft with power and edge. Quite lemony on the finish. The length is excellent. Tasted June 2017. Score - 90. (David Lawrason, winealign.com, June 29, 2017)

Under the straw yellow colour, the medium and simple nose evokes floral, fruity and mineral notes. On the palate, it offers a broad mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish. Enjoy this dry, medium-bodied and fruity white featuring lively acidity.
