Tasting note

This is one exotic number. The nose shows blueberry, boysenberry, charcoal, plenty of oak and hints of cardamom and star anise. A lush, layered palate is intense but doesn't hit too hard, while concentrated blackberry, licorice and spice flavors set up a peppery, minty finish that's stout and structured. Score - 91. Michel Torino Don David Malbec is a vivacious red with violet sparkles. Plum jam and raisin combined with pipe tobacco, vanilla and toasted notes dominate the aromas. The palate is very well-balanced with sweet and soft tannins. It is fruity, full of plums and chocolate notes and has a pleasant finish.
