Don Melchor Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep, ruby-red and has a bouquet of ripe plums, cassis, chocolate and tobacco, accompanied with notes of vanilla. The palate is elegant and full-bodied with mature tannins which make the wine complex and pleasant.
