Tasting note

The Noblesse Spatlese is a delightful fruity and mellow white wine. General fruit on the palate - it shows just a hint of fruit acidity and is desirably fresh and with a distinct flavour profile on the finish. Goes very well with any light food such as chicken, sea-food and pasta dishes in particular.
