A fantastically priced wine for the quality, this blend of Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz (Tempranillo) serves up notions of red and black cherry, plum, black olive, strawberry jam and mocha. Lithe and sinewy in texture, with tons of juicy berry and red fruit flavours and a gentle, rustic quality to the tannins. Enjoy with bison burgers or beef souvlaki. (VINTAGES panel, June 2014)
