Tasting note
This fresh and fragrant wonder was grown in organically farmed vineyards in the foothills of the Coastal Range mountains in Casablanca Valley. It offers delicious peach, pear and apple aromas and flavours. There's a fair bit of oomph here, and everything is kept crisp and vibrant by a ribbon of brilliant acidity.
