Tasting note

Light to medium ruby garnet colour; dry and medium bodied with lively crisp cassis berry character and very light tannins.

Aromas of pineapple, citrus, buttered toast, minerals and spice on the nose. Citric flavours, warm honey with a spicy, toffee finish on the palate.

White peach and pineapple aromas mingle elegantly with toast and vanilla notes. Palate: stylish and succulent, the wine initially develops fragrant white blossom flavours with a touch of fresh vanilla. The mid-palate reveals all its voluptuous depth and body, supporting a perfect balance between fruit flavours pineapple and tropical fruit and toasted notes. The finish is long, elegant and expressive.

A lovely, glittering, golden yellow. The refined and complex nose opens on white blossom and toasted hazelnut notes, going on to reveal all its minerality and power in aromas of white peach and pineapple elegantly mingled with vanilla. From a stylish and succulent attack on fresh tropical fruit flavors, the packed and voluptuous mid-palate shows perfect balance between fruit and toast. The long and elegant finish reflects the wine's origin in a selection of the finest Casablanca Valley vineyards.
