Tasting note

Innovative Flat Rock Cellars specializes in crafting elegant Pinot Noir. This elegant wine is a great introduction, with its flavours of raspberry, beetroot, smoked meat and spice. This works well with grilled salmon or with veal in a red wine reduction.

Loaded with ripe berry aromas and flavours, raspberry in particular, which is further enhanced by a touch of toast and spice from its time in French oak barrels. The palate is very smooth and almost creamy in texture, with very soft tannins.
