Tasting note
Fontanafredda scores another win with this Gavi di Gavi. Crunchy apple, pear, white peach and blanched almond wrapped in vivacious acidity. This wine is focused and precise with a nutty note lingering on the finish along with a citrus twist. Drink now with chicken or fish in herbs or a light cream sauce. (Vintages panel, Jan. 2017)
This dry, medium-bodied and floral white displays a simple and medium nose. On the palate, its lively acidity and broad texture precede a medium finish.
