Tasting note

Medium garnet colour; aromas of cherry, chocolate and spicy oak with hints of plum and currants; spicy, dark fruit and vanilla flavours with a light meaty note.

A beautiful, cool-climate Shiraz, the nose reveals black pepper, plum and cinnamon blended with subtle oak notes. The palate is full of ripe red fruits and a medley of complex spices with integrated oak, and a velvety long finish. Pair with game meats such as duck or wild mushroom dishes.
