DO Cava, aged 18-24 months. Cordon Negro Brut is a light modern Cava appreciated for its refreshing style. Created from a special blend of the three traditional indigenous Penedès varietals: Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada. Fine delicate aromas of green apple and pear.
