Tasting note
A new project from Ray Signorello, the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon from Fuse is a modern-styled, delicious blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Syrah and 4% Petit Verdot offering classic notes of blackcurrants, blueberries and a background whiff of vanillin. Medium-bodied, supple flavors suggest this attractive, easygoing, well-endowed Cabernet Sauvignon should drink well for 8-10 years. Score - 89. (Robert Parker Jr., robertparker.com, Oct. 2014)
92 points – The Tasting Panel. Sweet berries on the nose lead to white pepper down the mid-palate, sprinkling the ripe bounty of blue fruit. You also get a nice silky texture in this medium-bodied wine.
