Tasting note

Dark purple colour with black reflections. On the nose the wine shows a youthful and fruit packed character with notes of plums, violets and spices such as pepper and liquorice. In the mouth the wine reveals a very rich body with round tannins that gives structure to the concentrated fruit. The wine serves ideally with flavourful dishes of game, red meat and hard cheeses. Serving temperature 18°C
