Tasting note

This wine displays varietal aromas of dark plum, black cherry and spice. The rich palate shows dark berry, plum and ripe cherry flavours supported by well-integrated spicy oak. Supple, fine tannins provide good structure and texture to the sweet plum and blackberry flavours, ensuring a long, elegant finish. Cellaring potential: up to 6 years.

Thee aromas and flavors meld with rich maturation notes of dark fruit cake, chocolate mint, and paneforte with a subtle whiff of tobacco leaf. A hint of the warm earthy complex notes that are indicative of parts of the Limestone coast region, confer a sense of place on this wine. There is a seamlessness to the wines silky smooth tannins, which adds to the structure and character on the finish. This is a generous Shiraz with a pleasing and long lasting finish.

The Greg Norman Estates Limestone Coast Shiraz is a dark crimson color with garnet red hues. The fragrant nose is loaded with black cherry, plum, dried cranberry and blackcurrant aromas. Hints of cigar box and fine cinnamon spice add complexity on the nose while leading to an opulent mouthfeel with flavors of ripe berry, chocolate meringue, dark fruit cake and mocha notes. A refined, classically smooth tasting Shiraz from the Limestone Coast, this wine has a favorful and silky textured finish.
