Tasting note

Pale yellow/gold; tropical fruit, vanilla and toasty oak aromas; medium bodied, dry; smooth pear and apple flavours, balanced acidity and touch of oak spice in medium length finish

Once crushed and pressed, fermentation occurred in primarily neutral French oak barrels which lent a subtle vanilla character to the wine without overwhelming the delicious Chardonnay fruit character produced in the vineyard

In the glass this white has a light golden hue with notes of lemon peel and pear on the nose. Once tasted, it reveals layers of subtle peach and pineapple with a touch of vanilla. A clean finish leaves lingering hints of lychee and banana.
