This dry purplish red coloured wine features intense empyreumatic, spicy, fruity and vegetal scents and offers a full-bodied texture as well as fleshy tannins.
An expressive wine displaying the sweet dense fruit of Shiraz melded with the savoury rustic tannins and bright cherry of Sangiovese all leading to a long finish.
Fresh, characters of dark plum and black cherry dominate the aromas of this wine with underlying hints of red fruits and ground aniseed. Serve with pan-fried veal cutlets.
