Medium-bodies wine has a bouquet of currant, blackberry and plum, accented by smoke, tobacco, vanilla extract and dried herbs. The juicy ripe fruit flavours of currant and plum are dusted with notes of sweet spice.

Terrific sipping wine or try with grilled red meats; lightly spiced meaty chili; lamb chops; one year old cheddar with crusty baguette.
