Tasting note
For 10 generations, the name 'Henri Bourgeois' has been synonymous with passionate precision winemaking. The clay and limestone ridges of Chavignol evoke classic gooseberry, grapefruit and fresh herb tones. Try this with scallops, oysters or tuna steaks.
Under the greenish yellow colour, the intense and complex nose evokes spicy, floral, fruity, mineral and vegetal notes. On the palate, it offers a broad mouthfeel that leads into a medium finish. Enjoy this dry, medium-bodied and fruity white featuring lively acidity.
Exotic fruit and citrus aromas, subtle but powerful. Its persistence and harmony find their origin in the exposition and quality of the terrior.
