Tasting note

Medium ruby in colour; aromas of crushed berries, plum, a touch of spice and vanilla; the palate is dry and medium body; concentrated with rich berry fruit and mocha.

Deep damson plum red colour with an inviting bouquet of red berries, caramel and vanilla (6-month aging in new oak barrels). Rich in the mouth with flavours of red licorice, plum and a suggestion of balsamic. Ideal for charcuterie or young sheeps milk cheeses.
