Tasting note

This organically farmed wine is produced in a beautiful family-owned winery with vineyards that have been fruitful for over 350 years. It has notes of caramelized plums, hints of dark spices and cranberries, and lots of leather and cigar-box aromas resulting in good intensity and balance of coffee, chocolate and black fruit aromas. Beautifully pairs with pizza, tomato sauce, charcuterie, variety of meats, sausages and hard cheese such as Parmesan or Pecorino.
