Tasting note

From a warm vintage in Ontario comes this juicy Riesling. Plenty of ripe pear, lime zest, apple blossom, clover honey and mineral. Dry, with a kiss of sweetness balanced by a rush of crisp acidity. Deliciously refreshing. (VINTAGES panel, Feb. 2012)

This wine displays citrus notes of lemon and lime along with floral notes on the nose. On the palate, green apple, ripe peach and a touch of residual sweetness balance the crisp lively acidity.
