Tasting note
Fresh cut cantaloupe and grapefruit erupt from the nose, leading you into the palate which is nicely accented with bubbles. The bubbles add a nice sense of tension to what is an otherwise intensely rich drop. A very fun style of wine. Score - 90. (Brad Royale, winealign.com, July 15, 2016)
Peach and apricot aromas dominate on the nose. Layers of honey will gradually develop. This sparkling wine offers delicate flavours enhanced by the lively effervescence balanced beautifully by the generous natural acidity.
