Tasting note

This rich red has concentration and grip. Plum and blackberry flavors mingle with espresso, loamy earth and licorice notes, supported by muscular tannins and citrusy acidity. A bold, modern style. Drink now through 2024. Score - 89. (Thomas Matthews, winespectator.com, Dec. 31, 2016)

This dry ruby coloured wine features intense woody, empyreumatic, spicy and fruity scents and offers a full-bodied texture as well as fleshy tannins.

Colour: A striking, deep, black cherry colour. Aroma: Aromas of wild berries with hints of milkiness and well-integrated balsamic nuances. Palate: Very expressive as it passes through the mouth. Oily but with very pleasant slightly acidic notes which ensure further evolution in the bottle. Food pairing: Especially well-suited to accompany grilled meat and rich casseroles, as well as with mature and medium-strength cheeses. Perfect for all kinds of charcuterie, whether Iberian pork or otherwise.
