Tasting note
This is the top Single Vineyard site from Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate, the Niagara River sub-appellation. A lovely balanced and rich Chardonnay filled with ripe aromas and flavours of melons and pears. Finishes with toasty oak and butterscotch. Pair with roast chicken. Score - 90.
