A blend of Bordeaux red varietals is the basis of this wine and makes for a seriously good drop. Very firm and concentrated, it coats the palate and shows some sweetness of fruit into a long persistent finish. Open up and decant while preparing your meal. Match to grilled meats, lamb chops or buffalo steaks.
