Ruby; complex nose of ripe black fruit and strawberries along with layers of vanilla; the effervescent palate offers flavours of cherries jubilee and vanilla ice cream.
JIP JIP ROCKS SPARKLING SHIRAZ has a deep crimson colour with a brick red mousse and a refined bead. The aromas are of ripe plum, earthy notes and spice. Mouthfilling flavours of plum and prune with hints of licorice. Soft and creamy with a persistent cherry chocolate and spice finish. Ideal for burgers round the barbeque.
