This white wine is based on the Alsace blend known as Edelzwicker which includes varietals like Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Auxerrois and Schöenberger. Hints of spicy fruit and 2013 freshness make this a textbook BC white blend. Serve with spicy Asian cuisine, grilled seafood or pasta
