Tasting note

Pale straw in colour, this wine has a honey and floral bouquet. The flavours are reminiscent of apple, kiwi and melon. Food pairing: It pairs well with all seafood, whether raw, lightly sautéed, grilled or lightly sauced with cream or butter.

A clean, fresh inviting nose bursting with aromas of ripe anjou pear, green apple, apricot and honeydew melon. A vein of lemon zest and grapefruit lift and liven the nose while a dash of almond adds depth and character. A beautiful balance between crisp acidity and lush sweetness lead the way to mouth filling aromas of honeysuckle, apricot, ripe peach and pear. The finish lingers and shows hints of fresh lime and grapefruit with a touch of almond and cashew.
