Tasting note

Brick red in colour with youthful crimson tints. Smoky char notes and sweet berry compote feature brightly on the nose. Hints of black pepper, feral olives and a nice savoury twist. Fleshy and textural on the palate with hints of cola, blackberries and sweet plums dominating the flavour profile. Fine tannins and subtle French oak char rounding out the long expressive finish.
