Tasting note

This sets the benchmark for New Zealand's intensely flavourful style of Sauvignon Blanc: think gooseberry, pea pods and passion fruit. Vivid and refreshing, it pairs well with steamed clams or mussels with asparagus risotto, or grilled chicken.

This Marlborough white is a pale yellow-green colour with lively aromas of lime, stone fruits and herbs. Its bright complexity and crisp acidity combined with flavours of guava and grapefruit make this an ideal wine for seafood fare.
