Tasting note
A robust, smooth New Zealand red wine, with fleshy black plums and some dark spice on the finish. Kim Crawford has that rare combination of being both popular with a wide swath of wine drinkers, and respected by even the pickiest connoisseurs. Finishes with black plum and a lick of spiced oak. Rich black fruit flavours of plum and blackberry are underpinned with savoury oak. Fine, soft tannins and lovely balance promote a mouth filling texture and lingering finish.
