Tasting note

This wine shows lifted tropical notes of guava balanced by blackcurrant bud and fresh thyme characters. The palate is full with sufficient weight and the underlying flinty minerality typical of the Awatere Valley, balanced by the soft tropical fruit weight from the Wairau Vineyard. The finish is long, dry and crisp.
