Tasting note

The mousse is fine and long-lasting and the wine displays a greenish-gold hue typical of the best Sparkling wines. Aromas of mango and dried apricot are evident along with buttery notes remaniscent of Brioche. The flavours on the palate are most refreshing finishing with balanced citrus flavours.
