Tasting note
Quite involved aromas of leather, tobacco, spice, anise and roses join the excellent fruit notes to create a complex and elegant nose. The palate offers superb flavour replays and red fruits supported by underlying integrated acidity and tannin. Tasty and very good. An ideal partner for a variety of barbecued meats, or for a good ol' spaghetti and meatball dinner. (VINTAGES panel, Feb. 2013)
